The Challenge

We built a 3-tier reseller universe broken into clear buckets by employee count served.
Partner Field Enrichment
We enriched every partner account with fields you can’t get from databases: Partner Type, Employees Served, Partner headcount, and Platform/software used.
Predictive Closed-Won Model
We trained a model on all previous closed won and closed lost deals. Now every new account gets auto-scored with probability of closing.
Campaign Lists
Ready-to-execute campaigns for Workday and Rebate outreach.
The Delivery Model
